BANYUWANGI – Satriawan (27) Kramat Neighborhood residents, Kertosari Village, Banyuwangi District, arrested by the Banyuwangi Police Buser Team, Monday (6/5/2019). The cause, he was proven to be the perpetrator of the HP theft that occurred in September 2018 then. The victim was Budi Haryanto (43), who was none other than the perpetrator's own neighbor.
Previously, Officers have carried out an investigation into this case. The results of the investigation carried out focused on the perpetrator.
Reporting from jatimtimes , there were no significant difficulties in catching the perpetrator. He was immediately herded to the Banyuwangi Police for further examination.
The perpetrator confessed before the officers that he had stolen two of the victim's cellphones, namely Oppo 37 dan Samsung S6. Now, The two cellphones have been secured as evidence.
"We immediately named the perpetrator as a suspect under Article 11 363 Criminal Code regarding aggravated theft,"said the Head of Banyuwangi Police AKP Ali Masduki through the Criminal Investigation Unit Ipda Nurmansyah, Thursday (9/5/2019).
Perpetrator, explained Ipda Nurmansyah, take action on Wednesday (26/9/2018) around 01.30 WIB. the mode, The perpetrator entered the victim's house when the victim and his family were asleep.
“Diduga kuat pelaku sudah lebih dulu mengintai rumah korban sebelum melakukan aksi jahatnya tersebut,” he added.
The cellphone was originally made as a toy by the victim's child. Then the victim's child fell asleep and the two cellphones were charged beside him.
“Sekitar pukul 05.00 WIB the victim woke up and realized that his two cellphones were not in their original place,” jelas Ipda Nurmansyah.
"As a result of this incident, the victim suffered a loss of Rp 7 million,” he added.
The police are still developing the case. Meanwhile, to be held accountable for his actions, the suspect was thrown into the detention room of the Banyuwangi City Police Headquarters.
