The man who is currently languishing in the detention cell of the Bangorejo Police, was arrested by the police because he was reported to have raped his stepson with the initials, FR, 16, Friday (5/5).
For inspection purposes, Sugiono was secured at the police station along with evidence (BB) like pink panties, umbrella, shorts, and the victim's bra. "We have secured all the BBs,"said the Head of the Bangorejo Police, AKP Sutarkam through the Criminal Investigation Unit, Ipda Gatot Kukuh Suryawan.
On Jawa Pos Radar Tile, The Criminal Investigation Unit explained, the alleged rape that the suspect committed to his stepdaughter more than once, started since July 2022. "It happened at home, the victim and the perpetrator live in a house that is quiet every day,” said the Criminal Investigation Unit while mentioning that the victim's mother worked late into the night.
According to him, when you do it the first time, around 20.30, Sugiono entered FR's room. At that time, The suspect immediately launched persuasion and occasionally forced the victim. “Because of the forced tone of voice, the victim has no power to refuse," he said.
Since that incident, Gatot explained, Sugiono often asked the victims for rations. He promised to comply with the victim's wishes if he accepted his invitation and kept his mouth shut. "Another incident was also in the victim's room, last in April,he explained.
Sugiono's inappropriate actions were uncovered, starting from the confession of sacrifice to his biological father, YE, 33, residents of Sumberjambe Hamlet, Temurejo Village, Bangorejo District. "The victim's father was suspicious of his son's sudden moody behavior, then urged the victim to tell what happened," he said.
After being urged it, it's clear, the victim finally told what happened to her. From that confession, YE did not accept it and reported it to the Bangorejo Police on Wednesday (3/5).
