Currently, the number of dengue cases in Banyuwangi is quite high. During 2020, Health Office notes 146 dengue cases, even 5 of which resulted in the patient's death.

Activities for handling dengue fever during the corona pandemic are still the same, namely the handling of suspected and confirmed DHF, epidemiological research, and fogging.
