When entering junior high school, the victim went to an Islamic boarding school in Situbondo Regency.

around 23.30 WIB, while the victim is sleeping, Suddenly the suspect entered the victim's room.
“Di sinilah pemerkosaan pertama terjadi,"said Agus.
At that time, the victim was threatened. If it does not serve the suspect's lust, then the victim will not be sent pocket money anymore.
“Karena takut korban akhirnya hanya bisa pasrah," he said.
The second rape occurred in the house when the victim returned from the Islamic boarding school around September 2022.
