After taste testing peppers and hot sauce all day for his company in South Carolina, PuckerButt Pepper Company, he would add paprika or hot sauce to his dinner. His favorite pepper to cook with, although not his own creation, is a brown scotch hat.
“I eat paprika all day,He said, launched BBC. “If there is a right kind of dessert, i tend to put something hot in my desserts.”
Even as a pepper connoisseur, taste your own creation, Pepper X, which was named the world's hottest chili pepper earlier this week by Guinness World Records, make it “completely bent over while groaning in pain” for three or four hours.
“When I eat it whole, You immediately feel the taste. But the heat was immediately felt – and the heat, for me, unbearable.”
He said it was like an out-of-body experience.
“It was a kind of euphoria,” he said. “Because I have an endorphin rush.”
Someone gave him a milkshake to ease the pain but... “it only makes the heat increase”. And the heat continued to increase for almost an hour.
“I started having cramps and..., You know, your body considers capsaicin to be poison.”
