Tegalsari Police Chief AKP Pudji Wahyono explained, the incident started when the victim and two of his friends came home from a scout activity bathing in the Baru River.
The identity of the victim named NM, Tegalrejo Village residents, Tegalsari District.
At that time the victim decided to stop by the house of his friend named DS in Blokagung Hamlet, Karangdoro Village, Tegalsari District.
Arriving at the DS house, the victim and a number of his friends played paper boats followed by bathing in the Baru River.
