Banyuwangi Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas, express this warning as a form of our love for the Prophet. "Our sense of love and gratitude to Prophet Muhammad must always be guarded, that's why we all decorate as beautiful as possible. Moreover, we present this to the prophet who will give his intercession to all of us later,said Regent Anas, when opening this Maulid commemoration.
Added Regent Anas, Maulid commemoration is different from before. One of them is a giant cone decorated with thousands of native Banyuwangi fruits. Like an orange, Dragon fruit, banana, grapes and there are also long bean vegetables, cabbage, red chili and eggplant. "All of these can be eaten, because besides delicious food is also full of blessings,” said Anas.
Apart from the blessings of food, said Regent Anas, everyone who attends the Prophet's reminder will benefit tremendously. Among them the prayers that we pray will be veiled and granted.
"Because of that, we invite all the heads of SKPD and the community present to earnestly pray to Allah SWT on this special day of the Prophet,said Regent Anas.
The Maulid commemoration at the district government mosque begins with the evening prayer together and is marked by the provision of compensation for orphans. In addition, there is also a spiritual shower delivered, Ustad H Ahmad Nurul Musyataha, from Banyuwangi.
