The PU stated that it did not accept the exception of the defendant's PH which said the charges were vague, not accurate, not thorough, and not clear. “Through this court everything will be clear,"said the prosecutor Djoko Susanto.
Djoko mentions, the assessment of Kompol Sugiarto and his colleagues who stated that the material for the indictment presented to Mr 11 September 2012 then it's blurred, not accurate, unclear, and being careless shows that they actually don't understand the case at hand.
