“This aims to avoid things that are not desirable. So, applicants please come directly without authority, as directed by the Minister by visiting the priority counter which is open every working day and the yard counter which we are open every Saturday and Sunday,” said Jonahar when met detikJatim, Tuesday (28/3/2023).
