GENTENG–Grand launch of Madania Regency Housing, on Sunday (29/4) really achieve double success. The two events that were held at the same time also went smoothly. Healthy walks and fun bikes really gave success to the launching of Madania Regency.
The number of participants who took part in the two events reached 10 thousand people. Interesting, Fun bike participants don't only come from Banyuwangi Regency. But
also from other regions. Someone came from Jember, Bondowoso, Lumajang, and Besuki, Situbondo.
Madania Residence Marketing Manager, Ivan says, in the grand launch it was also sold 10 house unit. Apparently, the concept offered by Madania Regency was very welcomed by the public. “Evidence, The two events that accompanied the grand launching were attended by almost 10 thousands of participants and at the same time 10 house sold immediately,”Said Iwan to RaBa, yesterday.
Explained, in that grand launching, it offers alternative housing, which is able to accommodate all the characteristics of the community in Madania Regency housing. There are several types of housing on offer, i.e. type 30, 36, 45, 54, 70, and 105. “The price starts from Rp 65 million to Rp 520 million,'' he said.
