RadarBanyuwangi.id – Branch Conference (Muscab) X Association of Indonesian National Construction Implementers (Gapensi) Banyuwangi was held, Wednesday (11/9).
Through activities held at the Blambangan Ballroom, This Aston Banyuwangi Hotel, Mohamad Rohman Akbar was re-elected as chairman. He will lead Gapensi for the 2024–2029 period.
Regent Ipuk Fiestiandani and General Chairperson of BPD Gapensi East Java Mohammad Syarifudin were present directly at the Gapensi Banyuwangi Muscab.
Besides that, Also present were a number of Banyuwangi level banking heads and heads of other associations, such as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Woman), Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (Hipmi), as well as other partners in these activities.
In his speech, the Regent of Ipuk advised the muscab participants to make good use of this opportunity.
Work deliberations are a good moment to evaluate and plan the organization's future work.
Besides that, Ipuk also reminded Gapensi members to be able to adapt to technological developments.
"Don't let us miss out update technology. By following technological developments, everything will be easier for us to do,he said.
The Regent of Ipuk said that Gapensi members should continue to follow government policy updates.

He also opens the door for consultation if there are problems. This was done to speed up development work in the Banyuwangi area.

"Even though we are not truly stable because of the Covid-19 attack, I hope friends continue to be enthusiastic,"hope".
Meanwhile, Chairman of Gapensi Banyuwangi Mohamad Rohman Akbar said, This agenda is a good moment to evaluate performance over the past five years.
According to him, Gapensi Banyuwangi has worked hard to be with its members. Especially, The Covid-19 pandemic has made many members worse off.
"We try to make sure that fellow members who have difficulty finding projects can establish communication, especially with local governments," said the man who is familiarly known as Yayak.
Yayak added, Gapensi's main program in the next five years is to introduce more potential to its members.

He mentions, projects can not only be obtained in government. Projects can also be obtained from the private sector, even from abroad. Therefore, he will focus on making broader relationships.
"So, at least their consciousness is open. Don't just focus on looking for projects in the regions,he explained.
Yayak is also committed to strengthening relations between Gapensi and the district government and other stakeholders.
He emphasized the importance of creating a conducive and sustainable business climate for the construction industry.
”Synergy between all of us is the key to answering the increasingly complex challenges of the construction industry. Gapensi will contribute maximally and will maximize the increase in human resources (HR) members to become better in order to face significant changes in the digital era,” concluded Yayak.
