BANYUWANGI – Banyuwangi Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas held halalbihalal with all ranks of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) on the second day of work, Friday (22/6/2018) yesterday.
In that moment of forgiving each other, Anas also prays for the predecessor regents. Not only that, in the event that took place on the district government's page, Anas also advised that the month of Shawwal be used as a moment to improve the performance of civil servants.
“Let's forgive each other so that brotherhood is re-established so that our workload is light because it is done together. Syawal means an increase. Therefore, let's improve performance and enthusiasm after training during the month of Ramadan here,” Ask Anas.
The Ramadan training that Anas means is the lessons that Muslims get during fasting, including the wisdom about the importance of discipline, obey the rules, and self-control.
“Increase compliance with the rules, provisions and legislation. We must remind each other when between us if we do things that are against the rules,” he continued.
On that occasion Anas also invited thousands of ASN who were present to pray for the former regents. “Everything we have achieved is part of the work and success of the previous regents. Let's pray for their well-being and for their families,” said Anas.
The state apparatus who attended the halalbihalal event also looked enthusiastic. They take advantage of the momentum to forgive each other and hang out with each other. One of them is Salim, employees at the Department of Industry and Trade who claim to be always enthusiastic about this event. For Salim, This is an opportunity to meet fellow ASN from other SKPD.
“Nice to meet each other and forgive. Gathered together like this, it makes it easier for those of us whose offices are far away to establish friendship again,” clear Salim.
After Halalbihalal, ASNs are also treated to typical Banyuwangi cuisine, starting from sego cawuk, vegetable store, rawon pecel, to the special Lebaran menu ketupat opor ayam.
