PHPU dispute resolution and decisions are made between 18 December 2015 until 12 February 2016. Determination of the elected candidate pairs after the Constitutional Court's decision is scheduled between 12 February 2016 until 13 March 2016. KPU Regulation Number 2 Years 2315 also mandates proposing the appointment of elected pairs of candidates if there is no PHUP which can be done either 23 until 29 December 2015.
