Another Puskesmas program with health cadres was launched, namely ProLove (Clean Times Program). The program aims to make rivers healthier and cleaner. The Prokasih program is prioritized in schools- school located near the river. The first activity was carried out at SDN 2 Wonosobo, river bank school headed by Drs. Anshori. The end of the event was the selection of Prokasih ambassadors in the school. Five Prokasih ambassadors were selected, namely Dewi Masita from class V, Intan Rosida from class IV, Rijal Muhaimin from class IV, Yusron Hadi from class III, and Sindi Adinda also from class III. Pinned on their chests are Prokasih pins. At all times, The pin will be worn on his clothes to remind himself and others to keep the river clean.

“We formed this ambassador with the task of reminding friends- her friend, his brother, and his parents, to love the river, no longer make rivers a place to dispose of waste, especially human waste,” hoped Mujito. The ambassadors will become friends of the Wonosobo Community Health Center. “In the future, all schools will have students near rivers, we will form Prokasih ambassadors like this,” concluded Mujito.
