Weekend in Banyuwangi Yuk! There is Sego Lemang and Student Jazz Competition

BANYUWANGI – Banyuwangi will be enlivened by various interesting events this weekend, Saturday to be exact – Sunday (25-26 August). Starting from the jazz music competition – Student Jazz Festival, traditional walk, and the Sego Lemeng and uthek Coffee Festival. What we can be certain of is, tourists will be spoiled by this day's event.

Banyuwangi Deputy Regent Yusuf Widyatmoko said every weekend in Banyuwangi is never separated from various interesting attractions. The official Banyuwangi Festival itself, Banyuwangi is here 77 events that are held every weekend, like three of them this weekend.

This series of events will be started by the Student Jazz Feetival. The student jazz competition, which is entering its third year of implementation, will be held non-stop on Saturday (25/8) o'clock 09.00 until the evening at the Cultural Arts Building (Gesibu). Dozens of student bands from inside and outside the region performed at the Student Jazz Festival, good from Banyuwangi, Jember and Surabaya.

The next day, Sunday (25/8) Sego Lemeng and Uthek Coffee Festival will be held, in the village of Banjar, Licin District. Sego lemeng is rice rolled in banana leaves and stuffed with minced chicken and tuna/salted fish.. Uthek coffee is coffee that is served in a different way.
