“Summoned twice as a suspect. In our opinion, the summons is materially flawed because it does not describe the criminal incident. The reason we weren't there was because the summons wasn't clear,” he said.
2. Demanding justice, three farmers filed suit
The three farmers are now trying to seek justice. Through the power of law, they took legal action by filing a pretrial lawsuit to the District Court (PN) Banyuwangi.
