Banyuwangi Pesanggaran Police Chief, Invite Citizens to Maintain Harmony in the Month of Ramadhan

BANYUWANGI, Jurnalnews – Iptu Lita Kurniawan, S. Sos, MH, Head of Pesanggaran Police in Banyuwangi, East Java, appealed to the public to maintain harmony and increase worship activities during the month of Ramadan.

He also stressed the importance of maintaining community security and prioritizing communication and tabayyun in dealing with problems.

"In order to remain conducive, let us play an active role in creating conducive security,he explained.

Besides that, Lita also asked the public to obey the rules and laws that apply, especially in dealing with potential crimes ahead of Eid al-Fitr.

"I ask the people to obey the rule of law, don't commit crimes." The police chief said Monday 10 April during Safari Ramadan activities.

This appeal was conveyed by Lita during the Safari Ramadan activity at the Baitul Falah Mosque, Dusun Pancer, Sumberagung Village, which was attended by more than two hundred attendees.

This activity was organized by the Pesanggaran Police and the Pesanggaran Forpimka, with the aim of strengthening friendship and increasing closeness with the community.

Besides that, this activity was also attended by MWCNU Pesanggaran, religious leaders, youth figure, and management representatives of PT Bumi Suksesindo (PT BSI), who is the holder of a Production Operation Mining Business Permit (IUP ON) Gold and its Follower Minerals, Number 188/547/KEP/429.011/2012 in the Pesanggaran District area, Banyuwangi.

The area of ​​Pesanggaran Subdistrict includes Kandangan Village, Sarong, Sumberagung, Sumbermulyo, and Boarding School.
