MTQ Caravan (Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an) Banyuwangi Regency was released by the Regent of Banyuwangi, represented by Regional Secretary H. Mujiono at the Swagata Banyuwangi Sabha Hall, Friday (29/09/2023). The participants and the officials took part in a friendly event before leaving for Pasuruan.
Mujiono expressed his hope that the Banyuwangi Regency MTQ Caravan can perform optimally and be the best in the XXX MTQ of East Java Province.
Mujiono delivered a message from Banyuwangi Regent Ipuk Fiestiandani who congratulated the selected participants representing Banyuwangi Regency.
“Maintain the good name of Banyuwangi Regency which is used to being a champion and at the forefront, said Mujiono.
Mujiono further said that self-confidence is very important for participants when facing competition.
"I ask the committee to really monitor the participants so they perform optimally," said Muji.
“There are rewards for the winners prepared by the Banyuwangi Regency Government, He said.
Head of the Banyuwangi Regency Ministry of Religion Office as Chair I of LPTQ represented by Head of Administrative Subdivision H. Moh. Jali said that the MTQ XXX Caravan of East Java Province, from Banyuwangi Regency there is 33 participant from 5 branch and 12 category to follow.
"Hopefully the Banyuwangi Regency MTQ Caravan will be the first winner in MTQ XXX in Pasuruan City, Jali said.
Jali further said that in this caravan besides the participants, as well as officials and coaches so that the participants are more confident.
MTQ which starts today will end on the following date 8 October 2023, and hopefully everyone will bring the championship trophy.
One of the Banyuwangi Regency MTQ coaches from the Banyuwangi Regency Ministry of Religion Syafaat Office said that the caravans that will appear in several branches have taken part in continuous coaching., with the hope of becoming the best at provincial to national level.
"Several participants have experience at the East Java Province MTQ in the previous MTQ, " said Syafaat.
The participants from Banyuwangi Regency were the winners in the MTQ at the Banyuwangi Regency level and passed the selection and received coaching., so it is hoped that they will be truly ready to face MTQ at the East Java level.(Shaft)
