Do you know, that the stomach can turn into a grave? The Prophet SAW ordered: "Don't make your stomach a graveyard for cattle" . Apparently, The message is related to the guidance of Allah SWT in Surah Al-A'raf (7) : 31, “..Eat and drink you guys, but don't overdo it…!” . In order not to get caught up in "excessive" eating and drinking,"Then of course it must be understood the dose and size".

So what happens is a balance. Nah, if unbalanced, For example, consuming too much meat,Then there was a signal of the Prophet Muhammad that the stomach became the grave of livestock. Let's look at how he is the best role model for a balanced diet, which is taken from the Rasulullah style Diet Guide book.

In the morning the breakfast menu, he is a glass of cold water mixed with a spoonful of honey. Enter dhuha time (mid day), he always eats seven ripe dates. Towards the afternoon, His menu is usually vinegar and olives consumed with staple foods such as bread and others. In the evening,His main dinner menu is vegetables.

Rasulullah SAW always consumes there almakki (can mean vegetables or fresh vegetables) and sanut (can mean cheese and honey).Besides the mandatory menu above, There are several types of food that he likes. But don't consume it regularly. Among them the tsarid, which is a mixture of bread and meat with the gravy. He also likes to eat yaqthin fruit or water gourd, Grape, and drink milk.

The Prophet's diet turned out to be very compatible with the circadian rhythm (biological rhythm) inside the body. That is:o'clock 04.00-12.00 is the dump time, requires a lot of energy. So you should not consume solid food so as not to drain energy. O'clock 12.00-20.00 is the digestive cycle. Now is the time to eat solid food (trees) because digestion is active. o'clock 20.00-04.00 is the absorption cycle.

Should not eat solid food and multiply vegetables or fruit. The absorption process works optimally during sleep. So it is recommended to get enough sleep. The thing that is no less important than choosing a diet menu is the procedure for its consumption. The essence of consumption patterns or diet patterns, one more time, is to avoid isrof (excessive). As ordered by Rasulullah SAW,

"We are a people who do not eat unless we are really hungry and when we eat, we stop before satiety.” So, if we stop eating when we are full, that's too much!. On another occasion, He taught that the stomach should be divided into three "rooms" i.e. one third for food, one third for drinks, and another third to breathe.
