BANYUWANGI – Rosan family murder case, Dadapan village residents, Karangsari Village, Sempu Kecamatan District, members of the Criminal Investigation Unit were reconstructed (Satreskrim) Banyuwangi Police yesterday (5/6). In this re-enactment which was held in the courtyard of the Banyuwangi Police Headquarters mosque, suspect Muhamad Ali Hinduan alias Habib, 44, The person suspected of being the mastermind of the murder was presented.
“We are reenacting the murder process of the Rosan family,” said the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banyuwangi Police, AKP Bagus Ikhwan Cristian. In the reconstruction, Satreskrim wants to determine Habib's role in this sadistic murder. It turned out that the suspect's performance matched his description. “Habib is suspected to be the mastermind of the perpetrator," continued the Head of the Crime and Violence Sub Unit (Jatanras) Criminal Investigation Inspector General Abdurrahman.
According to Abdurrahman, In the re-enactment there are two roles played by Habib. Starting from inviting congregational prayers to burning the victims in a quiet area on the side of the road in Kluncing Village, Licin District, Habib plays a role. “Two- Habib both played a role," he explained. Congregational prayer with Habib as imam, and Rosan and his wife, Siti Jamilah, as a makmum is part of a murder scenario. The scenario was Habib's idea.
“During congregational prayer, Rosan and his wife were hit from behind by Haedori (convicts who have been sentenced 18 years in prison) and Siwan (the suspect is still at large)," he said. Habib's other role in this murder, according to Abdurrahman, when Rosan's family had been massacred in their home in Dadapan Hamlet, Karangsari Village, transported by an Isuzu Panther car to Kluncing Village, Licin District.
“The one driving the car was Habib, but it was the one who burned Siwan," he explained. Meanwhile, Andi Aziz's role is to supervise and take Rosan's children out of the house. As previously reported, on 4 May 2011 then a tragic murder occurred at Rosan's house in Dadapan Hamlet, Karangsari Village. In the murder, Rosan with his wife, Siti Jamila, and his son, Deri Pradana, was cruelly slaughtered.
The bodies of the three victims were taken to a quiet area on the side of the road in Desa Kluncing, Licin District. At that place the three victims were burned in the car. Originally, The identities of the three victims are a mystery. However, after investigating, It is known that the traces and history of the burned car belonged to Rosan, a resident of Karangsari Village. (radar)
