BANYUWANGI – After it was revoked because it was deemed to have violated the Regional Regulations (Loss), now the Department of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) Banyuwangi again gave an operational permit to 3 family karaoke owner. Namely Mendut karaoke, Mascot and Asika Rogojampi.

The revocation of the operational permit was carried out by Disbudpar because they were considered to have violated the provisions of the curfew as stated in the Regional Regulation on night entertainment and public order..

Head of Banyuwangi Culture and Tourism Office, M Yanuarto Bramuda says, from existing regulations, operating hours should start at 09.00 WIB until 23.00 WIB.

"But the three family karaokes have so far exceeded the operational time limit set by the Regional Regulation, said Bramuda.

"Before the business license is revoked", We have sent warning letters as much as 3 time to obey,” he added.

But apparently, they are still committing violations. And the revocation of this permit is carried out by the regional government for an unspecified time limit.

"The owners of the three family karaokes have visited the Disbudpar office to make a statement of ability to improve operating hours according to existing regulations.,said Bramuda.

Because of that, Disbudpar also gave a business license again, but on the condition that if in the future it is still a violation, it will be permanently revoked.

Because, In the regional regulation there are several absolute requirements that must be complied with.

"Among them are the procedures for operating hours, the procedures for using the lights and the procedures for the transparency of the room are also about the arrangement of the song guides,"said Bramuda.

He added, this is an evaluation material and a warning for other family karaoke entrepreneurs to continue to comply with existing regulations.

Now, The three family karaokes continued their business after receiving a letter of approval from the Culture and Tourism Office, after they agreed not to violate local regulations regarding operating hours.
