TRIBUNJATIM.COM, BANYUWANGI – Muhammad Ilyas and Ahmad Sugiantoro's family, two Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) who confessed to being tricked and tortured in Myanmar-Thailand border, has not contacted his family members since the video went viral.

Previously, The family admits that they communicate intensely with the two people.

Ilyas and Sugiantoro are neighbors, as well as relatives.

They live in Wonosobo Village, Srono . District, Banyuwangi, East Java.

Ilyas' wife is Sugiantoro's cousin. They went abroad together in October 2022 with the lure of easy work and a salary of Rp 10 million per month.
