MUNCAR – The Al Husniyah Foundation which oversees the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al Ishlah Dusun Muncar Baru, Tembokrejo Village, Muncar District, don't care about the fallback 14 guru, principal, and their employees. "There is already a replacement, we have received 11 new teaching staff,” said the head of the Al Husniyyah Foundation, Joko Al Husni.
Joko confessed to the vacancy of the teaching staff, the foundation has opened vacancies since Monday (23/7). Applicants, lots of people came too. “The teachers withdrew on Saturday (21/7), and Monday (23/7) we open vacancies,He said.
One of the teachers at MTs Al Ishlah who did not want to give his name said that the number of teachers at this madrasa was actually still lacking, and have not been able to meet the standards with the number of students who reach it 200 that more child. “Not ideal,He said.
Many teachers do not want to teach at MTs Al Ishlah, it's because of the many rules. One of them, teachers who teach this are prohibited from teaching in other schools. "The private teacher usually also teaches in other schools, not possible here," he said.
Because of the rules imposed by the foundation, it's clear, the applicants are mostly new workers. They also have no experience as teachers. “Most of the new teachers are young," he said.
