BANYUWANGI – Until the end of the year 2017, building a house or permanent residence that does not yet have a Building Permit (IMB) from the Banyuwangi Regency Government recorded as many as 487.028 unit.

In year 2015, the number of licensed residential buildings increases 100 percent more to 220.920 unit or approx 51,76 percent. Meanwhile, unlicensed buildings are reduced to 426.792 units from the previous year 513.599 house unit.
In the year 2016, the number of house buildings that have IMB increased again to 244.891 unit. Meanwhile, houses that do not have an IMB have decreased to 454.665 units of year 2015 as much 426.792 unit.
“The downward trend in building houses that do not have permits continued in 2017. Year 2017, houses that do not have IMB left approx 487.028 unit,” said the executor (Plt) Head of the Investment and One Stop Service Office (PM-PTSP) Choiril Ustadi.
Meanwhile, house buildings with IMB increased by approx 56,44 percent to 274.899 unit. "Every year, The number of houses that do not have an IMB continues to decrease and those with an IMB continue to rise,"said Ustad.

In accordance with the provisions of Regional Regulations (Loss) Number 14 Year 2011, chapter 7 verse (1), Every building erected by an individual or entity is required to have a Building Permit (SIMB) from the Banyuwangi Regent or appointed official. On the verse (2) mentioned, the building that is erected must comply with the provisions contained in the SIMB.
