But honey, Mujiono was reluctant to reveal the names of the blacklisted partners. Clear, he said, because there is still time, his party re-entered the project that failed to be implemented into the goods and services procurement service unit (ULP) Banyuwangi.

The ULP party then appointed the second winner of the auction to carry out the project. Besides that, there are also several partners who have to pay fines as a result of failing to complete the project according to the specified implementation period.

Mujiono gave an example, according to the contract, some projects need to be finished on 15 December. Facts, until the deadline passes, the project has not been completed. Examples of projects whose work has passed the deadline include:, construction of the Penataran road, Jalan MT Hariyono, Brigadier General Katamso Street, Dr. street. Apart from road construction, added Mujiono, there is also the construction of public infrastructure that has not been completed according to the contract deadline. For example, the construction of an integrated tourism terminal at the site of the former Sobo Market, Hospital (RS) Nahdlatul Ulama (NOT) in Mangir Village, and physical development in the Grand Watudodol area (GWD).

"But for the Integrated Tourism Terminal, has been completed per 24 December. As for the construction that was not completed until the end of December, we will hospitalize. It means, paid according to the progress of his physical development. For example, the physical work is still 90 percent, paid for 90 percent of the contract value. The rest will be continued in 2017," he explained.

Still according to Mujiono, if calculated, the total funds collected from late fines and disbursement of project implementation guarantees that were not implemented by partners reached around Rp 1 billion.
