New Releases Done Fiscal Year 2012
KABAT – Banyuwangi Polytechnic land acquisition (Poliwangs) declared no problem. The release process has been carried out in accordance with existing legal procedures and rules. The confirmation was conveyed by the Head of Equipment for the Banyuwangi Regency Government, Henik Setyorini, to yesterday's RaBa (7/3).
He explained, land for the Poliwangi campus as required by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Ministry of Education and Culture) RI reaches 10 hectare (Ha). From wide 10 Ha that, who have been released 86.028 square meter or approx 8,6 Ha. That means it's still not around 13.972 square meter or 1,4 Ha.
"The acquisition of the lack of land will be carried out in the 2012 budget year," he explained. Henik revealed, Poliwangi land acquisition has been carried out since 2009. At that time the land acquired was approx 23.842 square meter. In the year 2010 which is widely released 7.125 square meter. In the year 2011 which is widely released 10.860 square meter.
Apart from using the acquired land, continued Henik, The Poliwangi campus also uses land owned by the Banyuwangi Regency Government and the former Village Cash Land (TKD) Organization. Land owned by the district government is in two locations. In the first location of 22.210 square meters and in the second location 16.201 square meter.
Former TKD Organizing land that is widely used 5.790 square meter. “The existing land and the newly acquired land become assets belonging to the regional government," he said. In the APBD 2012, he added, the local government has prepared a budget of Rp 832.106.000 for land acquisition
