Chairman of Commission I DPRD Banyuwangi, Ficky Septalinda, say, if nothing gets in the way, his party will go down directly to Tamansari Village, Licin District, today (1/2). "God willing, tomorrow (today) we take a look at the field,” he confirmed via telephone connection yesterday afternoon (31/1).
Not just stopping at the field survey, Ficky admitted that Commission I would also hold a coordination meeting with the executive. Commission in charge of governance, it will coordinate with the Community Empowerment Agency and Village Administration (BPM-PD) and the Government Section and the Law Section of the Banyuwangi Regency Government.
It is said that a coordination meeting with BPM needs to be held because this one agency is obliged to supervise Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). "While related to Perdes, we will coordinate with the Administration Section and the Legal Section of the Pemkab,said the PDIP politician.
As reported, visitors to Mount Ijen tours must prepare additional money if they want to go to Ijen. Apart from having to pay for a ticket at the Paltuding entrance, visitors now have to pay a levy of Rp 3.000 per person at the collection post.
The fee collection post is located near the Jambu field, Tamansari Village, Licin District. The post is guarded by National Linnas and a number of security personnel. Apparently, The levy payment obligation has been in force since December 2015 then.
The levy levy was very complained of by visitors. Not a few visitors are disappointed because they have to pay double even though the value is not much. Entrance tickets are enforced in accordance with Village Regulation No. 1 Year 2015 regarding Bumdes which contains the management of the tourist village area.
The ticket is valid for anyone who wants to go to the Ijen Crater tourist area. Meanwhile, related to village tourism fees in Tamansari Village, Licin District, Department of culture and tourism (Disbudpar) Banyuwangi stated that this was legally legal.
Especially, from the withdrawal of the levy there is a distribution to the regional government which will later be used for the development of locations around tourist villages. Tasks executor (Plt) Head of Banyuwangi Disbudpar, MY. Bramuda, said that the actions taken by the Tamansari Village community were legal as long as they were carried out in the right way and did not disturb the comfort of tourists.
