BANYUWANGI – After going through a long and tiring debate, composition of the management of the Republic of Indonesia Teachers Association (PGRI) Banyuwangi period 2015-2020 formed. Yesterday (6/4) Elected PGRl General Chair Teguh Sumarno immediately released the names of the core management.

Although the names of the existing administrators this time are relatively new, Teguh emphasized that some of the previous management's programs would be continued. “However, this success was due to the role of the previous management,” he said.
As a first step, Teguh will develop teacher resources in Banyuwangi. By increasing the potential of existing teachers, he hopes to protect himself from attacks by foreign teachers.
"In MEA conditions, there are many teachers from abroad and foreign schools who can open new networks, especially in Indonesia. By improving the quality of teachers, then people can prefer local teachers and schools to those from outside,” Teguh said firmly.
