“After killing and burning the victim's body on Friday 24 January 2020 evening, The suspect immediately fled with the victim's motorbike and cellphone,” said Banyuwangi Police Chief, Kombes Pol Arman Asmara Syarifuddin, press release day, Tuesday (28/1/2020).
“The perpetrator hid somewhere after the murder incident,” he added.
Only on Sunday (26/1/2020) or 2 the day after the sadistic murder, the suspect met someone to sell the victim's motorbike.
“The victim's motorbike was finally brought to Situbondo and sold for Rp 4.000.000. Meanwhile, the victim's cellphone was sold by the perpetrator for Rp. 1,250,000.” Arman said.

“So this perpetrator pawned his motorbike to someone. The money from the sale of the victim's motorbike and cellphone is used by the perpetrators to redeem the motorbike,” clear.

The legal threat is no joke. Ali Heri Sanjaya was charged with multi-layered articles, namely: 365, 338, and article 340 Criminal Code with the threat of life imprisonment to the death penalty.
