"For investigative purposes, we secured them at the Satpolair headquarters. The case is trading fuel oil without a permit,explained AKP Basori Alwi, Kasatpolair Polres Banyuwangi, yesterday. The uncovering of the illegal diesel fuel trade case started with Soni's offer, skipper TB Fortuna Andre 03, to a crew member TB Wonokromo, Ahadiat Husaini.

Through Husaini, the offer went to the captain and crew of KM Sarana Sukses. Sale and purchase was agreed at a price of Rp 4500 per liter. The total of all transactions reached Rp 36 million. According to agreement, that price was just paid by KM Sarana Sukses Rp 19 million.

The money was secured by the police as evidence of the crimes of the five crew members. Apart from this evidence, the police also secured KM Sarana Sukses, TB Fortuna Andre 03, ship documents, fuel sounding recap, diesel engine, a hose, and 8.000 liters of diesel transacted.

"Diesel from the tugboat is channeled to the KM Sarana Sukses through a diesel engine connected to a hose,Beber Basori. The diesel is owned by Pertamina. In fact, the solar is sold to other ships, namely KM Sarana Sukses, transporting fertilizers. The ship was filling up fertilizer supplies with the aim of Sheet, Bali. Meanwhile, TB Fortuna Andrie 03 a ship owned by Pertamina.
