“around 04.30 WIB, The victim who was in the house was approached by the perpetrator. The perpetrator approached the victim while being angry,” said the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banyuwangi Police, Ipda Nurmansyah, Tuesday (20/8/2019).
“The perpetrator then beat the victim using his right hand. The victim was also scratched by the perpetrator. The other victim's younger brother managed to dissolve it. However, the perpetrator ignored it,” he added.
As a result of the incident, continued Ipda Nurmansyah, the victim suffered wounds on the right and left side of the face to the point of swelling. The victim also suffered abrasions on his right hand due to being hit by the reported claw.
Retno, who did not accept her sister's treatment, reported the incident to the Banyuwangi Police. The police are also investigating. The victim was asked for a post-mortem for investigation purposes.
After examining the victim and witnesses, Finally the perpetrator was arrested at his house.
“After we succeeded in securing it, We took the perpetrator to the Banyuwangi City Police Headquarters for further investigation,” explained Ipda Nurmansyah.

“The suspect wanted their parents' house to be sold to be shared,” he said.
The suspect Aji himself had an argument with Retno on the evening of Eid al-Adha. Because he wasn't satisfied with venting his anger, The suspect returned to the victim on the day of the incident.
The police confiscated the clothes the victim was wearing as evidence. And the suspect is still undergoing investigation to complete his case file.
