BANYUWANGI – Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) 2017 flushed out Rp 7,5 billion to build a drilled well in 12 districts. The construction of drilled wells is focused on several districts that have the potential to experience a clean water crisis.
The sub-districts that received the share for the drilled well project include:, Banyuwangi District, Rogojampi, Kalipuro, Kabat, Muncar, Cluring, Rooftile, Gambiran, Purwoharjo, Bangorejo, and Siliragung. Banyuwangi sub-district received a drilled well construction project for the capital city of the sub-district (IKK) worth Rp 808 million.
Apart from Banyuwangi District, the IKK drilled well project was also built in Rogojampi District, Gambiran District, and Tile District. While the sub-districts that have received the most drilled well projects are, Four-point Cluring District, Three-point Kalipuro District, Muncar District two locations, and Siliragung District two locations.
Meanwhile for Bangorejo District, Purwoharjo, Wongsorejo, and Kabat District each one location. ”All areas prone to clean water are a priority for the construction of drilled wells to support the supply of clean water from the PDAM,” said the Head of the Public Works Office for Irrigation Guntur Priambodo.
From 19 location of the drilled well development project, three management locations will be handed over to PDAM. The three locations are the construction of the IKK Banyuwangi drilled well, IKK Gambiran, and IKK Tile. “This is the first year that the Public Works Office for Irrigation has worked on a drilled well, after previously being carried out by the Public Works Office for Highways,said Gunther.
The three IKK wells, continued Guntur, the management is handed over to the PDAM to increase the supply of clean water managed by the regional company. While the other drilled wells will be managed by residents for their clean water needs.
For the Wongsorejo District, drilled well built in Karengrejo Hamlet, Wongsorejo Village. Muncar District in Tegalpare Hamlet, Dusun Krajan, Wringinputih Village. Cluring District in Benculuk Village, Sumberbulung Village, Cluring Village, and Plampangrejo Village. Kalipuro District was built in Ketapang Village or the Watudodol and Silogiri Hamlet areas, Ketapang Village.(radar)
