The perpetrator himself was arrested while in Krajan Hamlet, RT 04, RW 03 also entered Padang Village, Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi Regency.
The Singojuruh Police Chief through Kanitreskrim Ipda Joko Mulyono said:, The arrest of the perpetrator started from the information from the community that he previously received.
“From that information, think do an investigation in the usual place of the perpetrator of the transaction. Once it's A1, we're going to make an arrest,” explained Ipda Joko.
Ipda Joko added, During his investigation he encountered two suspicious young men claiming to be named M. Supriyanto and Satori. After a search, received money amounting to Rp 18 thousand recognized the rest of the change to buy dextro pills.
“In addition, we also confiscated a plastic clip containing 10 Dextro pills in his trouser pocket which were recognized as the result of buying them to the perpetrator at a price of Rp 15 thousand,” he said.
Evidence items (BB) Other things that were also confiscated from the perpetrator Miftahul Fauzi, who has now risen to the status of a suspect, included:, Rp 50 thousand proceeds from the sale of recognized dextro pills from a buyer named M. Supriyanto.
“Confession of suspect Miftahul Fauzi, he got those dextro pills from someone by buying as many mine systems 100 items with a price of Rp 100 thousand. Price per 10 the item Rp 10 thousand. Then the suspect resold the dextro pills to witness M. Supriyanto and Satori per 10 item for Rp 15 thousand,” he explained.
“Now, The suspect and his BB have been secured at the Singojuruh Police Headquarters. Our suspect is ensnared by Article 197 sub 196 Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health,” strictly.
