At that time the victim was looking for grass in the paddy field area of Kaliploso Village, Cluring District. Not long after, come the culprit, Sugiyanto.
Carried away by the quiet atmosphere of the afternoon, evil intentions also crossed Sugiyanto's mind. Without further ado, the perpetrator ambushed and carried the victim in the middle of a corn field in the rice fields and raped her.

“As soon as I got the report, Members immediately conducted an investigation by asking for statements from a number of witnesses,” said the Cluring Police Chief, Inspector B Mandreas, Sunday (22/9/2019).
Finally, on Friday 20 September 2019, Sugiyanto the perpetrator was arrested. Apart from the perpetrators, The police also secured a number of items of evidence. These include the victim's pants and clothing.
