BANYUWANGI – A YouTuber with the initials MR (23) in Banyuwangi was arrested for distributing a video of a kiss with his underage girlfriend. In inspection, MR also admitted that he had intercourse with his girlfriend.
Reported from Detik.com, Initially, he posted the kiss video in the WhatsApp group and status (WA).
The arrest of MR began when the Banyuwangi Police Criminal Investigation Cyber Patrol Team found a video of MR kissing scene with his girlfriend. The police then conducted an investigation and questioned witnesses.
“From that examination, we then secure the perpetrator and his girlfriend. After checking they admit everything. Accidentally posted a kiss scene,” said Banyuwangi Police Chief Kombes Arman Asmara Syarifudin, Tuesday (24/3/2020).
The perpetrator also admitted having sexual intercourse with his underage girlfriend.
“Two weeks before the kiss scene, the perpetrator had intercourse with his girlfriend who was underage,” added.
The police finally named MR as a suspect. Now he has to languish in the Banyuwangi Police detention room.
For his actions, MR was charged with multiple articles. Namely Article 45 Jo Article 27 verse (1) Law No 19 Year 2016 about change, on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 Year 2008 information and electronic transactions, or Article 29 jo Article 4 verse (1) Law No 44 Year 2008 about pornography.
“Or Article 81 verse (1) or verse (2) RI Law No 17 Year 2016 concerning the stipulation of a government regulation in lieu of Law Number 1 Year 2016 regarding the second amendment to Law Number 23 Year 2002 about child protection becomes law,” he explained.
Known, last year MR stumbled on the case of spreading pornographic videos of himself and junior high school students. The case was decided by diversion. But now MR is back in trouble with the police due to immoral acts against minors.
