The perpetrator was caught by the Sempu Sector Police for stealing a cellphone (HP) owned by Nurul Novianti (13) indeed he was released because he was charged with an article 362 minor criminal offences.
However, Siswanto had to return to prison after the police carried out an investigation and charged him with an offense 368 Criminal Code regarding the criminal act of extortion.
“After we investigate and examine the witnesses again, Finally, last Monday we decided on the article 368 to catch the perpetrator,” said Sempu IPDA Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head Didik Suhendik, Thursday (23/11/2017).
