Shop raid, Police confiscate three jerry cans of tuak

"We got information from residents that Hendro's shop sells palm wine, then we raid,” explained the Srono Police Chief, AKP Ali Masduki, through Kanit Sabhara Aiptu Rahmanto Yuli Prasetyo. Because there are quite a lot of them, the police asked Hendro to pour all the wine he made into a jerry can with the contents 35 liters and 45 used mineral water bottles filled in size 1,5 liter.

“Immediately we confiscated everything and we secured it at the police station," he explained. To the police, Hendro said that the water in the big container was indeed palm wine which was still half-finished. The illegal drink was obtained from one of his acquaintances in the Rogojampi District area.
