Wahyudi, who is still in class XII, one of the private vocational schools in Banyuwangi, was arrested while distributing Trex pills at a public refueling station. (gas station) Alasrejo, Alasmalang Village, Wongsorejo District, last Wednesday night (9/1/2019).
The adult student is suspected of often peddling illegal drugs to local residents. From the officer's statement, Wahyudi is known to often peddle Trex pills to several people. The target is among school students.
Wahyudi's whereabouts began to be detected when officers often found several school students who had Trex pills. From there, officers then traced and investigated the pill dealer.
Last Wednesday night, the officer finally received a report from the public that the man who circulated the trex pills was making a transaction at the Alasrejo gas station truck parking lot.
Kanitreskrim Polsek Wongsorejo Ipda Agus Suprapto with two officers went to the crime scene. That's right, when visited, there is a man suspected of being a trex pill dealer.
After being searched, The man named Wahyudi was caught pocketing three plastic packs containing white pills. The officers immediately took Wahyudi to the Wongsorejo Police Station for further investigation.
"He's supposed to have been circulating Trex pills a lot. Especially among students, because the person concerned is also still a student,"said Wongsorejo Police Chief Iptu Kusmin.
Kusmin added, cases related to article 98 verse 2, 3 and article 197 jo pasal 106 verse 1 UU RI No 36 Year 2009 about this Health will be processed further. She said, hal itu agar memberikan efek jera kepada pelaku dan untuk pelajaran bagi masyarakat lainnya.
Kusmin menyebutkan, pil trex yang diedarkan Wahyudi selama ini sudah menyasar kalangan siswa sekolah.
”Nanti kita lanjutkan kasusnya. Kami juga akan kembali menjalankan program sosialisasi masalah obat-obatan terlarang ke sekolah-sekolah. Angkanya sudah mulai menurun setelah kita sosialisasi. However, masih ada beberapa temuan,"he said.
